Program Overview: This six week one-on-one somatic and energy healing course is an expanded and intensified sister of the renowned Elevate ~ Body full day immersion workshop, offering an in-depth exploration into the world of intuitive massage body or face, somatic release, and energy work. 

Here, you’ll learn to harness your innate healing abilities, cultivate your own unique somatic technique, and integrate it into your practice. 

What You’ll Learn

Intuitive Massage: Master the art of healing touch, learning how to listen to the body and intuitively guide your movements for maximum therapeutic impact. 

Somatic Release: Dive deep into somatic techniques that help release stored trauma and emotional blockages through the body, promoting deep, lasting healing.

Energy Skills: Tap into your unique source of healing energy, learning to channel it effectively and safely for your clients' highest good. 

Custom Modality Creation: Work with me to cultivate and create your very own somatic technique. We’ll refine it together, ensuring it’s uniquely yours and ready to be offered to your clients. 

What’s Included

Weekly 90-Minute One-on-One Sessions: We’ll meet once a week for a hands-on practicum where we’ll dive deep into the techniques, ensuring you not only understand them but embody them fully. 

Comprehensive Workbook: You’ll receive a detailed workbook to guide you through each week’s lessons, exercises, and reflections. 

This will be your companion, both during our time together and beyond. You will also receive a bonus recording of our time together so that you can come back and view all the hands on practicals that you have learnt.

Voxer Access:  Have a question or need extra support between sessions? I’m here for you. You’ll have direct access to me via Voxer for the duration of the program.
